You will be guided through a series of breath, meditation, and energy practices while you sit, stand, and lay down. Some sessions include specific themes or focus areas. Sound, scent, site, and vibration can be used to enhance the experience. Most aspects of the practice can be adjusted and tailored based on the audience or desired outcome. Chicago classes are held in auspicious locations like studios with inspiring lighting and wooden floors, or stunning outdoor locations throughout the city. Online classes use a variety of tools to engage and connect. Each class is unique, but for a 60 minute class you can expect to spend about 50% of the time standing or sitting, and 50% laying down. Longer classes are mostly lying down. Standard equipment is a cushion, blanket or mat, and sometimes a chair and blindfold.
