PARADIGM RHYME

The consulting world has rigor. The wellness world has depth. We built the bridge.

We’ve been in those rooms — the high-pressure projects, the leadership offsites, the transformation programs where something essential was missing. We built Paradigm Rhyme because we found what it was.

WHY WE EXIST

A paradigm is the lens through which you experience everything.

The word comes from Greek — pattern, model, the invisible framework we use to interpret the world. We didn’t choose this name by accident.

We believe that sustainable performance — real performance, not the kind that quietly erodes people over time — requires working at the level of paradigm. Not just skill. Not just strategy. Not just system design. The lens itself.

When that lens changes — when people have genuine internal capacity to regulate, to lead, to show up fully under pressure — everything changes with it. That belief is the foundation of every program, session, and engagement we deliver.

"Paradigm Rhyme exists because the performance conversation has been incomplete. We are here to complete it."

OUR STORY

We saw the gap from the inside.

The Paradigm Rhyme founding team built careers at the highest levels of corporate life — Fortune 500 transformation, Big 4 consulting, global change programs. And they kept seeing the same thing: capable, committed, highly-credentialed people quietly eroding under sustained pressure.

Not because they lacked skill. Because they lacked internal capacity — the physiological and psychological foundation that determines whether skill actually shows up when it counts.

That realization sent them somewhere new: deep study of the human operating system. Neuroscience, breathwork, somatic practice, yoga philosophy, organizational psychology. Retreat centers built. Programs run on three continents. Thousands of leaders trained in practices most organizations never touch.

Then all of it brought back — combined with transformation and systems expertise — and built into something the corporate world had been missing.

"This isn't wellness as a perk. It's a performance methodology built at the intersection of elite business rigor and the science of human capacity."

THE FRAMEWORK

Skills × State = Performance

Most organizations invest heavily in developing skills. We address the other half of the equation — the internal state that determines whether those skills actually translate under real-world pressure.

INDIVIDUAL

Internal Capacity

The physiological regulation, cognitive clarity, emotional capacity, and recovery that determine how people actually perform — not in training environments, but under sustained real-world pressure.

LEADERSHIP

Behavioral Conditions

The communication patterns, prioritization signals, and behavioral modeling that set the conditions for how teams function around them. Leaders shape state as much as strategy.

SYSTEM

Structural Design

The work design, operating rhythms, workflows, and structural patterns that create the conditions for sustainable performance — or quietly, systematically erode them.

THE TEAM

Three perspectives. One methodology.

Former executives, Big 4 veterans, and global human development practitioners — built to bridge the worlds that rarely meet.

Brett Mackey

FOUNDER

Spent over a decade inside corporate transformation — advising Fortune 500 executives, leading large-scale change programs. Then went deep: years of study in yoga, breathwork, and somatic practice across continents, training under teachers who understand the human system in ways most business frameworks never touch. Paradigm Rhyme is where both worlds finally live together.

Ariel Aboutboul

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Started in Big 4 accounting. Then founded a retreat center in Guatemala, ran a global training center, and trained thousands of leaders across continents in practices the corporate world rarely touches. She brings a rare combination of analytical rigor and genuine somatic depth that is difficult to find anywhere.

Abbey Dizdar

CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

Former Banking VP with an MBA and the operational mind that makes ambitious things actually happen at scale. She brings financial discipline and structural clarity to Paradigm Rhyme’s mission — along with the lived perspective of someone who has navigated exactly the pressures this work is designed to address.

THE NETWORK

One team. Unlimited reach.

You are never limited to a single practitioner or perspective. Through our partner network — executive coaches, PhD psychologists, medical doctors, somatic therapists, breathwork facilitators, and certified specialists — we right-size the delivery team to your exact challenge, whether that is a single executive immersion or a multi-site rollout across hundreds of people.

These are not wellness statistics. They are performance statistics — and every one of them improves when people have genuine internal capacity and organizations are designed to support it.

WHY WE EXIST

We exist to meet these challenges — holistically, and with research.

People need genuine support. Organizations need real performance. Paradigm Rhyme was built to deliver both — with the rigor of corporate consulting and the depth of human development science. If this resonates, we’d love to talk.
