CORPORATE WELL-BEING EXPERIENCES
Change the state. Change what happens next.
Immersive, science-informed experiences that help teams release stress, restore capacity, and return to work clearer, steadier, and more connected.
SIGNATURE EXPERIENCE
The CEO Sound Bath.
CEO is the standard, not the job title.
A deeply restorative experience created for executives, leaders, and high-performing teams who need more than a break.
Guided breathwork begins the shift. Live crystal and Tibetan singing bowls take it deeper. Aromatherapy, somatic awareness, and gentle energetic techniques help the body release what the mind has been carrying.
The room slows down. Breathing deepens. Mental noise softens. People leave feeling rested, clear, connected, and more available for whatever comes next.
Created by Brett Mackey, the CEO Sound Bath brings together his Fortune 500 consulting background with his work as a certified yoga instructor, advanced breathwork facilitator, and somatic practitioner.
It is executive-level restoration: precise, fully considered, and designed to be felt.
60–90 minutes · Executive teams, offsites, and company experiences · Chicago and nationwide
FEATURED OFFERING
Breathwork for Business.
One of the fastest ways to change your state.
Your breath is always influencing your performance. Most people have simply never been taught how to work with it.
We teach teams the science behind breathing and stress: how nasal breathing, CO₂ tolerance, extended exhales, and breath-to-heart-rate coupling shape arousal, focus, and energy.
Then we put that science into practice.
Participants learn techniques they can use before a presentation, after a difficult conversation, during a high-pressure meeting, or in the five minutes between all three.
Because the real value isn’t learning to breathe in a quiet room. It’s being able to change your state when the pressure is real.
THE RESEARCH
In a randomized controlled study, five minutes of daily breathwork improved mood and reduced physiological arousal. Exhale-focused cyclic sighing produced greater improvements in mood and respiratory rate than mindfulness meditation within the study. Balban et al., Cell Reports Medicine, 2023.
THE CURATED WELL-BEING DAY
One day. A complete arc of human performance.
Some moments call for more than a single session. We design and produce immersive well-being days that bring movement, recovery, nervous system regulation, and human connection into one intentional experience.
Yoga and strength training. Breathwork and sound. Nutrition and mindfulness. Activation and restoration. Every element is selected around your people, your culture, and what the moment calls for.
Your space. Our setup. We handle the lift.
Paradigm Rhyme manages the practitioners, equipment, sensory environment, and run of show: creating a seamless experience for your team from arrival through integration.
Book a single session. Build a quarterly rhythm. Or incorporate experiences into a broader capability-building or transformation program.

Grounded in science. Designed to be felt.
Different practices open different doors into the same thing: greater internal capacity. Each experience works on its own. Together, they create a flexible way to help people regulate stress, restore energy, reconnect with themselves, and access the state that performance depends on.
In-Office Yoga
Move what stress has been holding.
Work leaves a shape in the body: tight shoulders, shallow breathing, compressed posture, and energy that has nowhere to go. We bring intentional movement and breath directly into the workday through mat-based yoga, chair yoga, or a customized combination of both. No studio. No commute. No change of clothes or previous experience required. Chair-based sessions can be delivered in conference rooms, at desks, or in spaces where getting onto the floor is not practical. Participants step away from their screens, reconnect with their bodies, and return looser, steadier, and more able to meet what comes next.
Available Formats
- Mat-based yoga
- Chair yoga
- Standing movement and mobility
- Mixed-format sessions
- Sessions adapted for mobility and accessibility needs
The Research
In a randomized trial, eight weeks of yoga improved working memory and attenuated the cortisol response to cognitive stress when compared with a stretching control group. Gothe, Keswani, and McAuley, 2016.
CEO Sound Bath
Executive-level restoration for people who carry a lot.
This is not a few singing bowls in a conference room. It is a fully designed journey through breath, sound, scent, body, and energy.
Participants are guided through breathwork and somatic awareness before moving into live crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, aromatherapy, and gentle energetic techniques.
The result is a deeper shift in state, leaving people lighter, clearer, and genuinely restored.

Guided Meditation
Attention is trainable.
Meditation teaches people to notice where their attention goes, and bring it back with intention. We guide the experience from start to finish. No previous practice. No special posture. No need to stop thinking. Participants learn how to create space between stimulus and response, settle mental noise, and return to the work in front of them with greater clarity.
The Research
Eight weeks of mindfulness practice has been associated with measurable changes in brain regions involved in learning, memory, emotion regulation, self-referential processing, and perspective-taking. Hölzel, Lazar et al., Psychiatry Research: Neuroimaging, 2011.
Qi Gong
Stillness in motion.
Qi Gong combines deliberate movement, controlled breath, focused attention, and the intentional movement of energy through the body. The practice is gentle enough to meet almost anyone where they are, and powerful enough to change how the body holds stress. Participants leave with movements they can return to at their desk, between meetings, or whenever they need to come back to center.
The Research
A systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized trials found that Qi Gong practice reduced stress and anxiety in healthy adults. Some studies also observed immediate reductions in anxiety following a single session. Wang et al., BMC Complementary Medicine and Therapies, 2014.
Breathwork for Business
Change the breath. Change the state.
This isn’t a passive relaxation session. We teach participants how breathing patterns influence the nervous system, and how to use the breath deliberately when pressure rises. Your team leaves with practical techniques for downshifting stress, sharpening attention, recovering after demanding moments, and creating a pause before reacting. The tool goes wherever they go.
The Research
A Stanford-led randomized study found that daily structured breathwork improved mood and reduced physiological arousal. Exhale-focused cyclic sighing produced the strongest mood benefit among the practices studied. Balban et al., Cell Reports Medicine, 2023.
Corporate Bodywork
Release the tension work leaves behind.
Stress isn’t only mental. The body carries it: in the neck, shoulders, back, jaw, breath, and posture. Corporate bodywork combines chair massage, guided stretching, mobility, and self-treatment techniques to help participants release physical tension during the workday. The immediate benefit is relief. The lasting value is greater awareness of how the body signals stress, and what to do when it does.
The Research
A randomized workplace study found that chair massage reduced perceived stress and the degree to which pain interfered with participants’ work and daily activities. Moura et al., 2021.
Curated Well-Being Day
Activation. Regulation. Restoration.
A Curated Well-Being Day is more than a collection of classes. It is a journey. We design the arc intentionally: building energy, opening connection, creating space for release, and guiding the room toward restoration.
Movement may lead into breath. Breath may open into sound. Learning becomes something participants can feel in their bodies. Every discipline has a purpose. Every transition matters. The result is a day your people don’t just attend: they experience.
