Hi, I’m Brett. I teach yoga, breathwork, meditation, and sound across Chicago—and occasionally lead people straight into Lake Michigan before breakfast.

Yoga has transformed my life: my inner world, how I relate to others, and how I love and care for myself. I’m deeply inspired by the wisdom of the Yoga Sutras, carried forward for thousands of years. I’m fully part of modern life—I’ve just discovered that it works better when I stay close to these ancient principles.

Alongside my local classes, I host retreats, own a corporate well-being business, and work with executives and professional athletes. Different settings, same intention: helping people become more present, connected, and fully alive.

I’m happiest outdoors, especially near the water or in the mountains. Time in nature and sitting in ceremony keep me grounded, open, and listening.

That’s how I teach: with warmth, curiosity, good humor, and a healthy dose of fire. And while we drop in spiritually, my classes are challenging physically — we’ll sweat, build strength, and push ourselves. Expect strong movement, intentional music, honest breath, and space to feel fully at home in your body.

You don’t need to perfect a pose or become someone different. Come exactly as you are. Pick what calls to you above, and I’ll meet you there.

I also offer private 1:1 sessions — fully tailored to your body, at a studio, your home, or the lakefront. First session starts with a check-in and mobility overview.
